Ralf Garczorz, CPO for Johnson & Johnson Consumer EMEA has joined the speaker faculty and will deliver a keynote address to the community as well as provide an exclusive interview into the main challegges faced within his purchasing organisation.

 

Over the past 17 years, Ralf has held various leadership positions in Procurement and broader Supply Chain areas at Johnson & Johnson as well as Procter & Gamble. This includes positions as Director Strategic Sourcing, Group Manager Strategic Sourcing (US), Group Manager Engineering, Manager SAP Implementation, Manager Capital Purchasing and Production Manager. Ralf was involved in several cost transformation projects, organizational change management projects, merger preparations and integration projects. He has a reputation as thought leader in the areas of sourcing strategy, advanced e-sourcing and organizational development.
