Presented by: John Gattorna, Author & Global Supply Chain Thought Leader
This webinar is part 3 of 4 in a series based on John Gattorna's new book 'Dynamic Supply Chains'.
Between 40-60 percent of intended strategies are never realised, and the reason is something other than competitive action. It is mostly because the internal values of the people in the enterprise simply choose not to deliver them. This is the insidious side of internal cultural forces which have a mysterious and still poorly understood impact on the performance of the enterprise, and its constituent supply chains.
But since we know what the behavioural segments are, it is possible to genetically engineer the organisation to shape a limited number of sub-cultures to mirror the structure and values in the marketplace. This ‘alignment' is critical to the successful deployment of intended strategies. In this session we will join all the dots that connect the marketplace, SC strategy, and the people in the organisation charged with delivering these strategies. We will also highlight the importance of leadership in this session.
