This interactive webinar will be led by Professor Peter Hines and will be based on the Shingo Prize winning publication Staying Lean. This event is designed particularly for senior executives who are planning a major change along lean lines, are involved in such a change or those that feel that past initiatives have not always been as sustainable as they might have wished.
Staying Lean is the story of multinational firm Cogent Power and how they created a true Lean Enterprise in their business. This allowed the business to be turned around and yielded many tens of millions of £s in annualised profitability.
Using an iceberg analogy, the secrets of this holistic approach are going to be uncovered in this event involving a series of contingent Lean Roadmaps addressing the well known exposed areas of lean such as Value Stream Mapping and various Tools & Techniques. However, more importantly we explore how the hidden areas of lean were addressed, namely Strategy & Alignment, Leadership and Behaviour & Engagement.
